Even in the most modest calculations the Drake Equation proves without a doubt that we are not alone. You should also consider that this equation only applies to the Milky Way galaxy, when understanding that there are millions of galaxies in our universe the probability exponentially increases. We forget that we came from space..whether it was by spaceship or asteroid everything that makes us up has also formed the galaxy we see today.
